After booking, you'll get a short questionnaire about your business, your goals, and the problem you'd like to focus on. Book sessions at least 2 weeks in advance, which will allow enough time for me to prepare for the session.

How is this different from the Performance Review?
The Strategy Session is a focused conversation on a specific challenge or decision. The Performance Review is a deeper, written-up audit of your whole store.
