The 4-week window every eCommerce brand needs to use right now.

We're in the final 4 weeks of the first half. What you do now shapes your entire second half.

Most eCommerce founders will spend July reacting.

Reacting to slow weeks.

Reacting to stock issues.

Reacting to a Q3 that didn't go the way they hoped, because they never actually planned it.

The brands that consistently perform well in Q3 and Q4 do something different. They use this window, right now, before the half ends, to do three things.

1 - They look back at what actually worked in H1. Not just what felt busy, but what genuinely drove revenue. Which products, which campaigns, which activity moved the numbers? And just as importantly, what didn't — and why.

2 - They set real targets for Q3. Not rough hopes. Specific, data-informed goals around revenue, conversion, and AOV. Goals that every decision in the quarter can be measured against.

3 - And they build a trading plan before Q3 starts, so when July arrives, they're executing, not scrambling.

Because here's the thing most people forget: Q3 doesn't just matter on its own. How you trade Q3 sets up Q4. The golden quarter, peak season, Black Friday, and Christmas are won or lost based on the foundations you build now.

Four weeks. That's your window to go into the second half with clarity instead of chaos.

I've put together a Mini Trade Planner to help you do exactly this: review H1, set your targets, and build a trading plan you can actually use. You can download it below.
